Andrew Sansom - Co-founder and Managing Director
Andrew is one of the most experienced recruiters in the world with over 40 years in executive search. Andrew started his career in the mainframe and minicomputer era in his native UK and progressed through programming, consulting and sales to team leadership. In the early eighties Andrew migrated to Singapore and joined Deloitte as their first IT consulting leader and formed the basis of what was to become Deloitte Consulting.
In 1990 he left Deloitte to establish DP Search, which went on to become one of the best known and most highly regarded recruitment companies in the region. Andrew remains in the front line of the business with daily engagement with clients and candidates. In addition to his professional career, he was committed to serve and contribute to the IT sector Singapore and became a leading member on the Singapore Computer Society serving on the Executive Council for 25 years. He received the President’s Award in 1999.
Carl Stevens – Director
Carl joined DP Search in 2018 and leads our candidate research and sourcing function. As a trained astrophysicist, his attention to detail and capacity for deep diving has served him well as one of the top talent resources in the world.
With over 20 years in recruitment and 14 spent within the Asian and Australasian markets, Carl has in-depth experience of executive search fulfilment including C suite assignments, multi person programs and niche skill set projects across the region.
Carl holds an MPhys Degree in Astrophysics and spent the first half of his career working with Oil and Gas clients across the globe. Over the last 10 years he has utilised his technical background and specialized within the Information Technology market focusing on candidate sourcing, management and project delivery.
